It will be an amazing Friday, September 13th at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Chicago as the Elgin Symphony Orchestra (ESO) will celebrate its 70th Anniversary Season Classic Series. This will not be the only performance as there will also be two other performances at the Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin.
The Classic Series will be led by music director Andrew Hilary Grams. It will be an amazing performance as it will feature the talents of musical composers such as Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Bach, Mozart, Brahms to name a few. Grams say that “We’ve spent many months taking a good look at programing and we learned a lot through research, post-concert surveys and focus groups.” He added by saying that they have listened to the wishes of the people and are trying to fulfill their wishes.
The people across the Chicagoland area will have an amazing opportunity to go and watch the award-winning ESO. If you couldn’t catch them in their home venue Elgin, then don’t worry. ESO will perform more concerts as well. The details of the concerts are:
