A student was hit by a car outside his school

A tragic accident as a student was hit by a car outside his school. The student belonged to Downers Grove North.

The student was met with the accident in the morning. The incident had happened around the 11 a.m mark. The incident took place as the Downers Grove North student was crossing the road.

The accident was met at the main street. The school authorities have said that the student was soon hospitalized after the event.

Police also came to the scene to investigate the incident. They have come forward by saying that the student was rushed to the Good Samaritan Hospital.

The condition of the student cannot be commented as they have no further information about it. The gender of the student is also not known.

The school played their part by notifying the student’s parents about their child’s accident that took place on the main street.

The police are trying to get bottom to the story and have closed the south of Sherman and north of Lincoln of the Main Street to get evidence and clarity of the accident. The section of the roads will be closed till the investigation is completed.

The entire school and community is shocked by this accident. The current situation of the student is unknown but this could happen to anyone of those students.

There is no information about the car or the person who was driving it till now.

The student was rushed to the hospital immediately and all prayers are for his or her well-being.

The good news is that the section at which this accident took place was cornered-off by the place, so that no future accidents take place.

It is yet to be decided who was fault for the accident.

An accident like this to happen at such an early time is alarming indeed.

The community and the school stakeholders need to be informed about road safety. There should also be further precautions need to be taken to avoid such events.
