C-Suite Award to be given to Szpekowski

Daily Herald Business Ledger will honor Pat Szpekowski, APR, president, PR Strategies & Communications, Inc. in Elgin with the C-Suite Awards. Szpekowski is among nineteen local executives who will win the award. The award is sponsored by Republic Bank of Chicago. On Thursday, July 23, at 4 p.m., the awards will be given at a virtual reception.

The guests can register for free at DHBusinessLedger.com. Each of the honorees will be profiled in the August 17 issues of the Business Ledger. “I am sincerely grateful and humbled for this recognition from the Daily Herald Business Ledger,” said Szpekowski, “and to be included in such an outstanding lineup of area business owners and leaders.”

C-Suite Awards’ mission is to honor executives who contribute to the success of the region’s economic growth and stability. Consideration is given to the C-Suite’s contributions to their company/organization’s overall growth, commitment to good ethics, and involvement in the community.

The candidates for the award must work for a business or organization with a presence in the suburban Chicago region (DuPage County, Kane County/Fox Valley, suburban Cook County, Will County, McHenry, and Lake County). Szpekowski founded PR Strategies & Communications, Inc. in 1987. They offer a wide range of services including writing, press releases, media relations, etc.

Corporate, small to mid-size businesses, governmental, health care, non-profit organizations, manufacturing, etc. are their clients. Catholic Press Association, Illinois Women’s Press Association, National Federation of Press Women, and the Northern Illinois Newspaper Association have recognized Szpekowski’s work.
