DeRozan, Kings Top Knicks as Bulls Win Thriller

DeMar DeRozan scored 27 points, and Zach LaVine added 25 as the Sacramento Kings earned their third straight win, defeating the visiting New York Knicks 112-101 on Wednesday night.

Precious Achiuwa recorded 20 points and a season-high 14 rebounds, while Russell Westbrook contributed 19 points and 11 assists for Sacramento. New York suffered a major setback when Jalen Brunson exited early with a right ankle injury, ending his streak of 18 consecutive 20-point games. Mikal Bridges scored 19 points as the Knicks lost for the sixth time in eight games.

In Chicago, Nikola Vucevic posted a season-high 35 points, including the game-winning layup with four seconds remaining, as the Bulls edged the Utah Jazz 128-126. Jalen Smith added a double-double, while Utah’s Brice Sensabaugh scored a career-best 43 points off the bench.

Cleveland dominated in Philadelphia behind 35 points from Donovan Mitchell in a 133-107 win over the 76ers. Darius Garland and Evan Mobley provided strong support, while Joel Embiid led Philadelphia with 20 points.

Denver extended its winning streak to three games as Jamal Murray scored 33 points in a 118-109 victory over Dallas. The Mavericks were without Cooper Flagg for the second half after an ankle injury.

Toronto earned its seventh win in 10 games with a 115-101 victory at Indiana, led by Brandon Ingram’s 30 points and Scottie Barnes’ near triple-double. New Orleans edged Brooklyn 116-113 behind 34 points from Trey Murphy III, while the Los Angeles Clippers continued their surge with a 119-105 win over Washington, powered by 33 points from Kawhi Leonard.

The night featured standout individual performances and late-game drama across the league as teams continued to jockey for position in their respective conferences.
