Music Meets Soccer: Chance the Rapper Joins Fire’s Summer Series

Chicago Fire FC has added another major name to its 2025 Summer Concert Series lineup:
Chance the Rapper will perform on July 26 at Soldier Field, following the club’s MLS match
against the New York Red Bulls. The concert series, presented by Café Bustelo, aims to enhance
the fan experience and build momentum for the club’s long-term stadium plans in downtown
Chicago.

This announcement follows a prior reveal that DannyLux will open the series with a post-match
performance on July 12, after Fire takes on San Diego FC.

The 2025 series builds on a growing tradition of live entertainment following Fire matches. In
2024, Jason Derulo headlined a postgame show, and in 2023, Lil Durk energized fans with a
halftime performance.

A Chicago native, Chance the Rapper rose to prominence with his 2013 mixtape Acid Rap and
later made Grammy history in 2017 by winning Best Rap Album for Coloring Book — a
streaming-only release. Beyond music, he’s recognized for his philanthropic work supporting
Chicago schools and youth programs.

Tickets for the July 26 event — which includes access to both the match and the concert — start
at $29 and can be purchased via Ticketmaster or by calling 888-MLS-FIRE.

As the Official Coffee and Espresso Sponsor of the 2025 MLS Season, Café Bustelo will feature
prominently during Chicago Fire FC home matches. Fans can expect LED signage, concert stage
branding, and product availability at Soldier Field’s Gate 0. Café Bustelo items will also be
featured on menus at locations such as the 2nd Star Tavern.

Before Chance’s performance, the Fire will resume league play against Philadelphia Union on
June 25 at Soldier Field. Tickets for that match are also available starting at $29.
