Police find drugs in Utah man’s car, man arrested

The police arrested a Utah man on Monday. According to the police officials, he was carrying a huge amount of drugs in his car. He was arrested by the police near the state line between Arizona and Utah. The police officials said that they seized six gallons of liquid methamphetamine (commonly known as ice) from his car.

According to the sources, the Mohave County Sherriff’s office conducted a traffic stop on Monday at around 3:00 pm on Interstate 15 near mile post 21. The deputies found him nervous as he was not able to make eye contact with them. The deputies called a St. George Police Department K9 to handle the situation.

The deputies said that they were alerted to the presence of drugs inside the vehicle. On the inspection, the law enforcement officials found a huge amount of methamphetamine and other drugs. According to the officials, the street value of the seized drugs approximately $3.6 million. The officers of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team responded to the incident. They provided assistance during the investigation of the case.

The law enforcement officials arrested Logan Lewis Pederson, a 30-year-old man, on the charges of drug possession. The charges against Pederson include dangerous drug possession, dangerous drug possession for sale, transport of drugs, narcotic drug possession, narcotic drug possession for sale, and narcotic drug possession for transportation. Pederson is initially kept in the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility by the law enforcement officials.

According to the police, they seized six gallons of liquid meth, 13.2 pounds of cocaine, 2.2 pounds of methylenedioxymethamphetamine ((MDMA), and 1000 packages of candy infused with THC. The police added that the weight of the 1000 packages is 206 pounds. Pederson is under the custody of the law enforcement officials and he has been charged with drug possession.
