2 Hurt, Crash with Injuries at Mannheim Rd and Prospect Ave, Des Plaines

Police, firefighters and paramedics from Des Plaines responded about 12:35 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021 to a report of a crash with injuries at Mannheim Road and Prospect Avenue in Des Plaines.

Engine 62’s crew reported a two-car crash with one car wedged on the railroad tracks, Canadian National notified. A second ambulance was requested by 12:40 p.m.
