Chicago Fire FC announced March 13 that JP Group has been named the club’s official realtor, a partnership aimed at providing real estate services to fans, players, and staff connected to the organization.
The agreement comes as the club continues planning for its privately funded stadium project at The 78, which recently held its groundbreaking. Through the partnership, JP Group will offer technology-driven real estate support designed to assist members of the Chicago Fire community with property needs.
Goyo Perez, senior vice president of corporate partnerships for Chicago Fire FC, said the collaboration reflects the club’s long-term vision as it prepares for the next stage of its development. “JP Group brings a high level of expertise and innovation to this partnership. As we continue building our future home at The 78, we’re proud to align with a firm that understands Chicago at a deep level and shares our commitment to serving fans, players, and staff with excellence.”
Jeff Padesky, principal lead of JP Group, said the partnership aligns the two organizations around a shared commitment to the city and its residents. “Joining forces with the Chicago Fire is a shared mission, as we believe that a world-class football club deserves a world-class real estate partner. From navigating the complexities of urban relocation to finding the perfect ‘Missing Middle’ home in the city’s historic corridors, we’re ready to deliver a premier experience for Fire fans and residents as they find homes within this great city.”
JP Group said it uses institutional-grade technology, including IBM Watsonx and NVIDIA-accelerated analytics, to support its real estate services. As part of the collaboration, the company will also have a presence on matchdays at Soldier Field, where representatives will share insights about the local housing market and support initiatives connected to the Chicago Fire Foundation.
Chicago Fire FC competes in Major League Soccer and hosts its matches at Soldier Field. Founded in 1997, the club has won an MLS Cup and multiple U.S. Open Cups. The organization also promotes soccer development throughout the Midwest through youth programs and community outreach efforts, while its crest design references the Great Chicago Fire.
Both organizations said they plan to continue expanding resources for the Chicago Fire community while strengthening their engagement with local neighborhoods and initiatives across the city.
