Saudi Arabia has sentenced 38 terrorists including several foreigners

The military court in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, has sentenced 38 terrorists. Several foreigners are also included in the sentenced terrorist. According to a Saudi newspaper, the military court was hearing the cases of 41 alleged terrorists. 38 alleged terrorists were found guilty in the court while three alleged terrorists were found ‘not guilty’ and they were freed by the court.

38 people have been sentenced with 2.5 to 25 years in prison on the base of the terrorism charges. The foreigners will be deported from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after the fulfillment of their sentences. They will also be blacklisted by Saudi Arabia and they will not be able to come back again.

According to the prosecutors, the alleged people were facing charges of blasphemy against the key figures of society, funding the terrorists, and having connections with an international terrorist organization. Some alleged people also tried to persuade Saudi adults towards rebellion and terrorism. These accused people wanted to dislodge the peace of the country.

According to the decision of the court, it was against the teachings of Islam to call Saudi administrators, security personnel, and preachers ‘non-Muslim’. The decision of the court called it illegal to call them non-Muslim. One of the accused people was sent to jail for 25 years.

The court sentenced one accused person with 20 years in jail. Another accused man was sent to jail for 15 years. Some of them were sentenced with twelve and half years in jail and some were sentenced with two and half years in jail by the Saudi military court in Riyadh. All of the convicted people have the right to appeal against their sentences. 38 out of 41 alleged people were found guilty in the court. The court said that the convicted foreigners would be sent back to their country after the accomplishment of their sentence.
