The aim of the proposed project is to upgrade the several sections of Webster, Jefferson, Main, and Jackson up to the Downtown Streetscape Standards. According to the proposal, the construction will be started in the spring of 2020. The rebuilding will allow the residents to live in a safe and sound environment. According to the proposal, the roads will be reconstructed and paved for Jefferson Avenue, Main Street, and Jackson Avenue.
