Chicago drug dealers sell synthetic marijuana consisted rat poison

Police apprehended three drug dealers who sold synthetic marijuana within the rat poison. This substance was a cause of death of at least two people.

Criminals work in a King Mini Mart store, their names are Fouad Masoud, Jad Allah, and Adil Khan Mohammed. Men sold synthetic drugs that lead to uncontrolled bleeding from nose, gums, and eyes. According to public health officials, nearly 60 people required medical treatment suffering from such symptoms, two people were deceased.
Federal police agents told that the cannabinoids were sold in containers labeled as ‘Crazy Monkey’, ‘Matrix,’ and ‘Blue Giant’. Drugs included brodifacoum, a substance that is used in the production of rat poison. Supposedly the drug dealers sold up to 60 packets daily, one of the arrestees had $280,000.

Police say that there were numerous requests from injured people, all of them used synthetic drugs bought in the King Mini Mart store.

Multiple people recently experienced adverse symptoms, including unusual bleeding, after using synthetic cannabinoids obtained from the store, according to the complaint. Arrestees are waiting for court hearings and are detained.
