According to White House sources, Donald Trump skipped his planned visit to Colombia and Peru because he needs to focus his attention on the situation in Syria. Mike Pence is going to represent the interests of the USA on the Summit that has been held since 1994. This year it will take place in Lima (Peru) on April, 13. The main goal of the Summit is to conclude some trade agreements and to strengthen collaboration against the Maduro regime.
