The 1-0 lead of Gamblers did not last long as Brendan Brisson of the Steel scored a goal in the 20th minute. Both teams headed to the dressing room with a level score of 1-1. The Steel took the lead in the middle frame when Sam Colangelo, a forward centered of the Steel, scored his second goal of the season for his team. The Steel had got the lead of 2-1.
