One Eleven Food Hall offers delicious options of food in Pullman

There is an abundance of food halls in the city but One Eleven Food Hall has some extra-ordinary services for the food lovers. This food hall is located in the 111th Street of Pullman. It is just like an incubator among the traditional food halls in the city.

The food hall is located near to the Pullman Railcar Factory. Pullman Railcar Factory has been declared as a national monument by President Obama. You will get trio of options at a small place which is a huge boost for this business. Calibrate Coaching and Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives have started an initiative to turn a vacant space into an incubator, One Eleven Food Hall.

The best thing about this food hall is that it is located at a smaller place but you get trio of options in terms of food here. It looks like a fast food option but when you get in, you find diversity of food. James Gray, representative of Calibrate Coaching, said, “We gathered three independent chefs at a single space and started this small business”. There is no barrier to entry at this place.

You will enjoy the food here as there is a huge diversity here. The idea of this business is to create a diverse dining collective in Pullman. The main aim of the business is to enlarge the food market of the south side. The food hall has three huge inclusions including Majani, Exquisite to Go, and Laine’s Bake Shop. These three delicious concepts make it a great place in terms of food items.

Majani is a vegan food provider which attracts the vegan food enthusiasts towards itself. They get the fresh vegan varieties of dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from gardens and farms. Exquisite to Go is an idea of a wonderful entrepreneur. You will get different recipes and products here. Laine’s Bake Shop offers you the pastries, brownies, cookies, and coffee.
