Summer Slam All-City Tennis Tournament Set for July 23

Tennis players of all ages are invited to participate in Naperville Park District’s Summer Slam All-City Tennis Tournament on Friday, July 23 at Knoch Park tennis courts, located at 812 S. West Street. Register at www.napervilleparks.org by July 15.

Participants will play multiple matches against multiple players in a round robin format over several hours. Youth will be divided by age and will play singles matches between 4:30 and 8:30 p.m. Adults will play doubles matches between 6:30 and 9:00 p.m. The registration fee is $10 for Naperville Park District residents and $15 for nonresidents.

In case of inclement weather, the tournament will be rescheduled for Friday, July 30.

“Tennis players in our lesson programs and interested players in the community are encouraged to register for this tournament to enjoy friendly competition and apply the skills and techniques they have been practicing,” said Program Manager Brock Atwell.
