Naperville’s Virtual City Council Meeting Planned

Zoom Webinar Technology will be used for Naperville’s next City Council meeting. The meeting will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21. The public can view the meeting on WCNC (Ch. 6 – WOW, Ch. 10 – Comcast, Ch. 99 – AT&T) or online at https://naperville.legistar.com.

The City’s online speaker sign-up form is at www.naperville.il.us/speakersignup for any members of the public who are interested in addressing the City Council during the meeting. The form will be used for the submission of comment, oppose or support a specific topic or agenda item, or address the City Council during the live meeting.

The comments and positions submitted online will become part of the public record, and they will be part of the meeting minutes. The deadline for the sign-up is 5 p.m. on April 21. The City Clerk’s office will send an email to the individuals who have signed-up.

The email will guide the individuals on how to join the meeting. Any individual who would prefer to listen to the meeting by telephone or who may require an accommodation to listen to or participate in the meeting should contact the City Clerk’s Office by 5 p.m. on April 21 by calling (630) 305-5300. You can find the agenda for the meeting at www.naperville.il.us and https://naperville.legistar.com.
