The City’s online speaker sign-up form is at www.naperville.il.us/speakersignup for any members of the public who are interested in addressing the City Council during the meeting. The form will be used for the submission of comment, oppose or support a specific topic or agenda item, or address the City Council during the live meeting.

The email will guide the individuals on how to join the meeting.
