Police looks for a man who asked children to ‘change his diaper’

A man approached several children in Suburban Forest Preserve on a red and black bicycle and asked them to change his diaper. He offered money to the children after removing his pants. The authorities said that the man allegedly pulled down his pants in front of the children.

The suspicious incident happened on July 11 in Frank Bobrytzke Preserve. The Cook County sheriff’s office stated that the incident occurred between Oakton and Dempster. The sheriff’s office said, “The man approached on a bicycle between 3 pm to 6 pm to some children and offered money to them for changing his diaper. He allegedly pulled down his pants in front of them”.

The sheriff’s office said that a similar incident happened on July 8 near Harms Woods. The office shared the details of the suspect as a man in his early 20s. The weight of the man is between 170 to 200 pounds. The height of the man is between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet. The man had brown hairs and he was unshaven. He was wearing a black T-shirt and black shoes. He pulled down the black jogging pants in front of the children.

The Cook County Sheriff’s office asked for tips from the people and told them to share any details on the number of the Cook County sheriff’s detectives: 708-865-4896. It is not the first time when a man pulled down the pants in front of people. Similar incident happened before as well. Police is looking for the man on the base of the allegations of offering money to the children for changing his diaper.

The man had the red and black bicycle when he approached the children. The police said that the man allegedly pulled down his pants in front of the children which is a crime.
